Failure Analysis
A CPI NACE certified inspector will maximize in-field assessment methods and utilize a wealth of experience and expertise to determine the cause of a failure. In this process, we review of all documentation (specifications, contract, field reports, etc.). When necessary, samples will be sent to a lab to provide further explanation into the root cause of the failure. Experienced staff will interpret results to determine the cause of the failure.
